Attorney Jesse Atwal practice includes complex civil litigation, real estate law, business litigation and immigration and nationality law. Since joining Bowman & Associates he has obtained several large settlements on behalf of injured clients.
Mr. Atwal has extensive experience in preparing, filing and tracking non-immigrant visa petitions (including B-1 visas, E-1, F-1, H-1B, J-1, and L-1 visas), PERM Labor Certification, administrative appeals in visa cases; writs of mandamus in Federal Court for long-delayed cases pending before the USCIS.
Along with his legal practice, Mr. Atwal is the managing partner of Atwal & Sons Farms, a peach, almond, and real estate development company.
